The People’s Survival Fund (PSF) is the Philippines' first long-term stream of finance for local climate change adaptation.
Our Mandate
Created under Republic Act No. 10174, the PSF provides support to LGUs and LCOs to implement adaptation projects that protect communities from the impacts of climate change.
