How to Access PSF
Follow these steps to submit your adaptation proposal.

Registration
Register your LGU or LCO. Accounts are reviewed by the Board Secretariat for eligibility.

Concept Note
Submit a Concept Note (the wizard we built) to see if your project aligns with the NAP.
03
Full Proposal
Once the Concept Note is cleared, move to the Full Proposal stage for technical review.
